2. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By accessing, browsing, registering with, purchasing from, contributing to, participating in, or otherwise using Market Life, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Policies and any additional terms that may apply to a particular offering.
If you are using Market Life on behalf of a business, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Additional terms may apply to specific services, purchases, memberships, submissions, programs, or other offerings. Where additional terms apply, they will be presented to you before or during your participation.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Market Life.
Certain offerings may have additional age, geographic, professional, business, or other eligibility requirements. Market Life may restrict access to particular offerings when appropriate.
If you permit another person to use an account or service associated with you, you are responsible for ensuring that their use complies with these Terms.
4. MARKET LIFE ACCOUNTS
Certain Market Life features may require you to create an account.
You agree to provide information that is accurate and reasonably current and to update information when necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account. You should notify Market Life promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
Market Life may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security concerns, interfere with the operation of Market Life, or otherwise present a legitimate risk to Market Life or its users.
5. DIRECTORY, LISTINGS & THIRD-PARTY BUSINESSES
Market Life may provide directories, profiles, listings, recommendations, search tools, maps, categories, reviews, ratings, or other information relating to independent businesses, organizations, vendors, professionals, markets, and other third parties.
Listings may be submitted by businesses, users, Market Life, or other sources.
The presence of a business, organization, product, service, or other third party within Market Life does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, certification, or representation that the third party will meet your expectations.
Market Life may provide information about third parties for discovery and informational purposes. Information may be supplied by the listed business or another third party and may not always be complete, current, or accurate.
You are responsible for evaluating a third party before purchasing from, visiting, hiring, partnering with, or otherwise engaging with that third party.
Any transaction or relationship between you and an independent third party is generally between you and that third party. Market Life is not responsible for the third party’s products, services, representations, pricing, policies, fulfillment, conduct, licensing, compliance, quality, safety, or performance unless Market Life expressly states otherwise.
Market Life may modify, remove, decline, or refuse listings or other directory content at its discretion.
6. BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Market Life may offer or facilitate advertising, marketing, consulting, professional, network, technology, promotional, educational, or other services for businesses and organizations.
The specific scope, pricing, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, and other terms of a particular service may be provided separately.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Market Life does not guarantee any particular business result, revenue, sales volume, audience growth, advertising performance, search position, customer response, engagement, or return on investment.
Third-party platforms, advertising networks, software providers, marketplaces, payment processors, and other external services may affect the performance or availability of services provided through Market Life.
7. EDUCATION, INFORMATION & MEDIA
Market Life may provide educational materials, articles, publications, guides, resources, commentary, research, media, recommendations, or other informational content.
Such content is provided for general informational and educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional advice appropriate to your circumstances.
You are responsible for independently evaluating information before relying upon it or acting on it.
Market Life does not guarantee that educational, informational, published, or media content will be complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
8. PURCHASING, SOURCING & PRODUCTS
Market Life may facilitate or participate in purchasing programs, buying opportunities, sourcing arrangements, vendor relationships, wholesale or bulk purchasing, or the sale or distribution of physical or digital products.
Where a product or purchasing opportunity is provided by an independent vendor or third party, that party may be responsible for fulfillment, product quality, shipping, returns, warranties, customer service, or other obligations associated with the transaction.
Specific purchase terms may apply to individual products, services, vendors, or programs and will control where they conflict with these general Terms.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees that any particular product, vendor, purchasing opportunity, or sourcing arrangement will remain available.
9. MEMBERSHIPS, COLLECTIVES & COMMUNITIES
Market Life may provide memberships, collectives, networks, communities, groups, events, forums, or other opportunities for people and businesses to connect and participate.
Membership or participation does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment relationship, franchise, or other legal relationship between Market Life and a member unless expressly agreed in writing.
Participants are expected to communicate and conduct themselves respectfully and lawfully.
Market Life may establish additional rules for particular communities or programs and may remove or restrict participants whose conduct violates those rules or these Terms.

Market Life may review, edit, decline, restrict, or remove submitted content at its discretion.
Market Life does not assume responsibility for user-submitted content merely because it is displayed through a Market Life platform.
11. REVIEWS, RATINGS & RECOMMENDATIONS
Where Market Life permits reviews, ratings, testimonials, recommendations, or similar content, submissions should reflect genuine experiences and should not be manipulated or submitted for deceptive purposes.
You may not submit false reviews, impersonate another person, artificially influence ratings, or use reviews to harass, threaten, extort, or unfairly harm another person or business.

Building Resilient Communities, One Independent Market At A Time
Built On The Rhythm Of Real Life …
Market Life 364 and the Market Life Directory were born from the everyday rhythm of homestead living – gathering eggs before meetings, weeding the garden between strategy calls, and building a business while raising a family. It’s a brand rooted in faith and the steady, grounded work of crating a life from scratch.
That same spirit shapes Market Life today – supporting the independent markets, makers, growers, and community builders who are creating meaningful local economies of their own. We bring together the people who live, work, and build with purpose – and who believe a good life is something worth building from the ground up.
